Are all your items handmade? Mostly yes! All our blankets, wraps, children’s clothing (even down to the decorative flowers) and dog coats are handmade, with the exception of some soft toys and accessories. Alison is a professional seamstress and enjoys crafting items from scratch with love and care.
How do I look after my Hunny Bunnies items? All our items come with care instructions, but are machine washable at 40C and you can throw them (lovingly) into a medium tumble dryer. To get the best frill out of the tutus, Alison recommends filling a clean spray bottle with half water, half fabric conditioner and spritz. This will refresh the fabric and help it to stick out straight.
Do you have a sizing guide? Yes! Our sizing guides can be found as a gallery image on each specific product. Alison uses different patterns which means some products sizing measurements may vary from each other. Please check the gallery image attached to the product you wish to buy to check on measurements.
Do you do custom orders? Can you make anything I want? Yes, within reason. Please contact us via info@hunny-bunnies.co.uk with your request and we will do our best to accomodate you. Please note custom orders take longer and Alison will need time to create your order from scratch. Please allow 30 days for custom orders.
What is your return/exchange policy? We operate a 14-day return/exchange policy from the receipt of your item. We will refund any product deemed to be faulty, please provide a photo. We can exchange an item if the wrong size has been ordered. The postal fee to return an exchange is the customer’s responsibility. All exchanges must be new, not washed, clean and not used. All refunds and exchanges must be completed within 14 days of receipt. Please contact via info@hunny-bunnies.co.uk to arrange your refund/exchange.
Why do you not do international delivery? Hunny Bunnies is currently a small business, with Alison the creator of all things, one photography-goblin and a website gremlin (who are both very friendly but somewhat shy of sunlight.) We are starting small and currently are only able to provide service to the UK only.
Why has my order not arrived? Your Hunny Bunnies orders are all handmade! Alison sometimes has to whip up a new batch to fulfil your order or customize your order as requested. Be assured, your Hunny Bunnies goodness is on its way to you, but quality can take a little longer than convinience, however we think it’s well worth the wait!
How are your orders shipped? All our items come to you via your trusty postman/postwoman! We ship everything via Royal Mail, orders over a value of £20 will be shipped via recorded delivery for your security and peace of mind.
